Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-31. These terms become effective when you start a trial or paid subscription.

The service

Hookferry provides small automation integrations as subscription software. The first planned production service monitors public RSS or Atom feeds, creates concise summaries, and sends new items to a Telegram destination selected by the customer. Any other integration marked “in development” is not currently offered for sale.

Price, trial, and billing

• RSS to Telegram Summary is planned at $9 USD per month or $91.80 USD per year.
• Each option includes a 3-day free trial. Stripe shows the exact amount and renewal date before you confirm.
• Stripe processes payment details and subscription billing. Hookferry does not receive or store your card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Price changes apply only to future renewals after reasonable advance notice.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel through Stripe's Customer Portal before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
• After a paid period begins, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of that paid period and access continues until then.
• We do not normally provide partial-period refunds. We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges and provide any refund required by law.
• Send a refund or billing request to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 7 calendar days. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe; bank posting time depends on the payment method.
• If Hookferry permanently ends a paid service before the end of your prepaid period, we will refund the unused portion.

Your responsibilities

• Use feeds, destinations, content, and credentials you are authorized to use.
• Do not use Hookferry to spam, harass, deceive, infringe rights, evade platform limits, or violate applicable law.
• Keep your setup links and destination credentials private.
• Do not resell, reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the service.

Service limits and availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis without a formal service-level agreement. Feed publishers, Telegram, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Stripe, and network conditions can delay or prevent delivery. We may suspend abusive or unsafe use and may change reasonable technical limits to protect reliability.

Data and third parties

Our Privacy Policy, Subprocessor List, and Data Processing Addendum explain how the service handles data. Your use of Telegram and any selected feeds remains subject to those providers' terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Hookferry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, total liability for claims related to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid Hookferry during the 12 months before the claim. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Termination and changes

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate access for material violation of these terms. Material changes to these terms will be posted here and, when an account email is available, communicated before they take effect.
